Why is it you'd like to stop or even just look at your drinking habits?


What does drinking bring into your life, but more importantly, what does it take away?

Your focus, clarity, health, to name a few...


First step for me, after bringing my why into focus..


Find a support page like @sober_seesters or an accountability partner for support.




Recognize your triggers to find supplemental and healthier activities for those moments.


Lean into mocktails. They helped me replace the habitual nightly drink routine.
