If you'd have told me three years ago that I would be in better shape after my THIRD child, I would've laughed in your face.
But that's exactly what has happened! Before my third pregnancy, I was working a landscaping job for a friend. I would be active for six to eight hours a day, all while consuming minimal calories. The truth is, my body looked fine, but I definitely wasn't healthy.

After having my third son, Jonathon, I was incredibly sluggish. I wasn't taking the time to fuel my body, I would literally just grab whatever was in the pantry. I felt like crap, was exhausted and having a difficult time keeping up with nursing. My mom finally stepped in and recommended I try her nutrition program that had given her incredible results and had her feeling better at 63 than she'd felt in years.
I didn't even have the energy to say no to her. I literally thought, "mama knows best" and went for it. Within weeks, I felt my energy levels rising, and it was easier to keep up with the demands of a newborn baby. I continued on my modified program for nursing mothers, and have never looked back. The baby weight melted off while keeping me nourished and energized.
