Bedtime Belly Buster !

This bedtime snack is a great way to keep you feeling full and satisfy late night cravings. Consuming protein can also help increase your metabolism to boost weight loss efforts.





 

Step 1 : Add 4 - 5 ounces of water and ice to blender or IsaShaker cup


Step 2: Add one scoop of Isapro and 1 serving of Organic Greens or Fruits
